Flapper Diverter Valve
Ideal for use in pressure systems.
  • Ideal for use in pressure systems, diverting material from one source to multiple destinations.
  • Iron, aluminum or stainless steel housing.
  • Urethane flapper seals the unused leg of the valve during operation.
  • 2" to 6" sizes.
  • Manual-, motorized- or air-operated actuator.
  • Single or double solenoid valves.
  • Magnetic proximity proof switches for both gate positions.
  • NEMA 4X or NEMA 9 enclosure (NEMA 7 optional).
  • Operates at pressure up to 20 PSIG and temperatures up to 200° F.


Tunnel Diverter Valve
Fast, easy seal replacement minimizes maintenance downtime.
  • Ideal for both vacuum and pressure systems conveying granulars, fine powders or abrasive materials.
  • 304 stainless steel material contact surfaces ensure maximum durability when conveying abrasive materials.
  • 3" to 8" sizes.
  • Ideal for food grade applications.
  • Designed with all three ports sealed, maximizing material throughput. Upon actuation, the rotor rotates 150° aligning the inlet with the selected port.
  • Eliminates the possibility of contamination due to material migration into the unused leg.
  • O-ring seals for conveying granular materials such as starch and flour.
  • Air-assist seals for fine powders or abrasive materials such as sugar. When the rotor is aligned to the selected port, air is introduced into each of the three seals. This external pressure assures a tight seal, extending seal life.
  • Air-operated actuator.
  • Double solenoid valves.
  • Magnetic proximity proof switches for both gate positions.
  • NEMA 4X or NEMA 9 control enclosure (NEMA 7 optional).
  • Operates at system pressures up to 20 PSIG and temperatures up to 200° F. Higher temperature applications can also be accommodated.


Aeropass Valve
Mounts directly on top of a hopper, simplifying system design and requiring a lower initial investment.
  • Diverts material from the conveying line directly into a hopper.
  • Ideally suited for scaling applications where immediate material shutoff is required when the hopper is full.
  • Equipped with a gate inside the valve that diverts to the 90° position when the destination hopper calls for material, dumping material as the air passes back to the source tank for venting.
  • 2" to 5" sizes.
  • Air-operated actuator.
  • Single solenoid valves.
  • Magnetic proximity proof switches for both gate positions.
  • NEMA 4X or NEMA 9 enclosure (NEMA 7 optional).


A-Valve
Diverts a material stream into one of two destinations.
  • Designed for gravity drop installations where no pressure differential exists across the inlet and outlet.
  • Carbon steel, aluminum or stainless steel construction.
  • Urethane flapper seals the unused leg of the valve during operation.
  • Manual or air-operated actuator.
  • Double solenoid valves.
  • Magnetic proximity proof switches for both gate positions. NEMA 4X or NEMA 9 enclosure (NEMA 7 optional).


Gate Diverter Valve
Diverts material (or air) from one source to multiple destinations.
  •  
  • Sliding orifice (inside the valve) allows the valve to be used in converging from two sources to one destination.
  • Ideal for actuation during material transfer.
  • Designed for dilute phase pneumatic conveying up to 15 PSIG with temperatures through 150° F.
  • Includes a straight-through conveying line for easier “in-line” installation.
  • Compact and light-weight for installation in crowded or overhead equipment areas.
  • 2" to 8" sizes.
  • Aluminum frame, 304 stainless steel gate blade and stubs, and nylon pressure plate gate seals. All seals are shielded from material abrasion.
  • Manual-, motorized- or air-operated actuator.
  • Double solenoid valve.
  • Mechanical limit switches for both gate positions.
  • NEMA 4 or NEMA 7/9 enclosure.
